Our edge is in the deliberation loop, its receipts, and the port contracts — not in controlling infrastructure you could run yourself.

Every component in the adapter layer is pinned to an exact version and has to pass its port's contract suite. The version list is not decoration — it's evidence of a decision. When something better arrives, we re-evaluate, re-test, and re-pin. The list changes slowly and deliberately.

“Replaceable by design, not by accident.”

The port contracts that govern memory, compaction, and model routing are the most durable thing we ship. Any adapter that passes the no-waiver conformance suite is a valid drop-in; today that is proven for memory and compaction. We build for replaceability because our clients' requirements change and their infrastructure evolves — an architecture that requires our blessing to extend is a liability, not a feature.
